Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. In case of high order volumes, there might be slight delays. We appreciate your patience and will notify you by email or phone in case of any significant delay.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, actual delivery may vary due to factors such as location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

3.2 International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside of India. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery regions.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number, which typically becomes active within 24 hours.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Amazon Protein is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for verification.


7. International Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.


8. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Amazon Protein is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case of a returned shipment, we will contact you to re-dispatch the order at your expense.
